Terms for Export Customers

For customers who export goods out of the country, the following terms apply:

Minimum Export Spend: The minimum export spend is £70.

VAT Exemption: To qualify for VAT exemption, goods must be collected by a reputable shipper. The shipper must provide a Collection Note and Bill of Lading for Air Freight or a Shipment Certificate for sea freight.

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, bank transfers, and debit cards as methods of payment.

Bank Transfer: Funds transferred via bank transfer must reflect in our bank account before goods can be released to you.

Payment Methods We Do Accept: We do accept UK credit cards, international debit or credit cards, or cheques.

Goods Collection: Goods must be collected by the shipper within 2 weeks of purchase.

Full Payment Requirement: Full payment must be received by Alamar Direct Wholesale Ltd. before goods can be released to the Freight Agent.
